CTG EPIC MYCHART AGENT - REMOTE in San Francisco, California


Location: US-CA-San Francisco

Job Number: 18203804 CTG is seeking an Epic MyChart Agent to join our current team and assist our client in Bay Area, California with their MyChart Patient Portal. The position is 100% remote and pays $17.00 hourly W2 with limited benefits or $35,360.00 salaried with full benefits. There will also be overtime hours that can be worked with the overtime rate of time and a half.

Duration: 1 year, up to 3 years

Start: As soon as consultant is able


The week of 4/23 will be 9:00a – 5:30p EDT. Starting Saturday, 4/28 it will be 6:00p – 6:00a, Sunday, 4/29 will be 6:00p – 6:00a, Tuesday, 5/1 2:00p-10:00p and Wednesday, 5/2 2:00p-10:00p. After 5/2, the schedule will be the same as the week of 4/28 onward.

About the role:

Primary responsibility will include working Epic MyChart InBasket error messages.

Provide MyChart Patient Portal support to patients with activation of their account, resetting of passwords, navigation of the MyChart portal.

Provide Tier 1 support of MyChart issues reported by the patient community.

Thoroughly document each issue in the ticketing system accurately and effectively to ensure seamless communication between departments.


Previous experience working in a healthcare setting as either a medical assistant or central scheduler

Previous experience working with an EHR (Electronic Healthcare Record) system

Strong PC skills and can provide relevant examples of PC troubleshooting

Strong interpersonal skills

Good understanding of website navigation

Good communication skills

Previous experience working from home a plus


• 1 year supporting MyChart a plus • Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus (does not have to be fluently)
