The Global Enablement technology team is looking for a Business Analyst, passionate about solving complex business problems, to join our team as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for scoping projects, gathering requirements, vendor evaluation, technology and process architecture, solution deployments to support multiple, interdependent business processes of the Global Enablement organization. You are able to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted technology and business advisor to the Global Enablement organization.Responsibilities

  • You will lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents

  • You'll architect solutions to business problems with use of technology and business process engineering, and maintain solution architecture documents

  • You'll deploy technology systems and business process for the Global Enablement business

  • You'll partner with IT, Trailhead and any other teams contributing towards your deployments

  • You'll provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues

  • You develop and document technology and operational best practices

  • You'll serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve

  • You'll design and implement the development and release process

  • You'll design and manage the execution of test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered

  • You're able to support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously

  • You're able to articulate complex technical matters in easy to understand, business facing terms

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills

  • You'll derive insights based on data from your deployments to further optimize our business processes

  • You demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and are able to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities change

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems

  • 3-5 years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience

  • 3+ years of Salesforce platform implementation, integration or development experience

  • 3+ years in a technical or functional project lead role

  • Salesforce Admin Certification

  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)

  • Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of business solutions (CRM implementation experience a big plus)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Consultant, Architect or Developer Certification

  • CRM implementation experience

  • Proficiency in project management

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Scripting (Python, Ruby, JS), Visualforce, CSS/HTML, Web Services, SQL

  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics

  • Experience with business process mapping/design

  • Experience with change management, including: rollout planning, training plan development, and user adoption

  • Scrum Master Certification or familiarity with Agile principles or experience working on Scrum teams

  • Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft, Informatica and Informatica Cloud
