Responsible for the merchandising, assortment, pricing and shelving of our products, the Sales team uses its extensive understanding of consumers, product categories and markets to achieve results by growing retail customers' businesses, profits and consumer base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis/Data Management-owns business analysis for assigned Category. Key link for Field for Category data. Supports S&OP process.

  • Sales Promotion/Controllable Management-owns tracking and measuring of key business indicators.

  • Project Support- manages projects as dictated by Business needs. Works functionally and multi-functionally.

  • Category Business Planning-supports the Category Business Planning process.

  • People Development-drives personal development and influences others as appropriate.

  • Trade/Marketplace analysis -- analyzes AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, Shelving) across marketplace to assess best practices, business opportunities, and effectiveness of business strategies and tactics


  • Typically requires 3-5+ years of CPG or equivalent experience-including analytical experience
