A healthcare company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to add to their expanding roster of employees. The Senior Financial Analyst will be a fresh perspective for the company with direct input on how the company should move forward. The Senior Financial Analyst will prepare reports and analysis to management including, but not limited to variance reports and operational metrics. The Senior Financial Analyst must be familiar with finance and accounting around health plans. Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan

• Leads the annual financial planning and analysis effort, forecasting various metrics for financial risks and opportunities, and identify variances against budgets
